Hey @NotTodayGalvatron, I started to implement the event highlighting in Pulsar and NeoVim.
The Pulsar version is still under construction but should work already fine for smaller live coding sessions. You just need to enable it in the package settings:
For the NeoVim part here is the repository that contains the event highlighting functionality:

These are my implementations. But with this the hole topic became some drive. I.e. pluguzu has event highlighting as well: Introducing pluguzu, a plugin to run Tidal natively in a DAW
And the first time the event highlighting was introduced in this editor:
It’s an experimental editor that has just a minimize feature set. It works the best in single persons live coding session. As far as I know, you can not save files with the feedforward editor.
The inspiration for my implementation is this editor from Matthew:
But I wasn’t able to make this editor work tbh.
