Playing with scale harmonization and chord progressions

Hi,

Is there a way to play with scale harmonisation?
For exemple, does Tidal has a function to get the 2sd chord of 4 notes of the scale X ? (for exemple to play chords progressions dynamicaly (like VI II V I)
