Meaning of parameters after synth name

I've seen the following pattern from time to time:

s "supersaw(3,10,4)" # note chord |+| note "0" # gain "1.0"

but I can't find in the documentation what "supersaw(3,10,4)" is supposed to do, it seems to be a rhythmic pattern

does anyone know what the numbers mean?
