hi folks!
on macos monterey 12.7.2 I foolishly upgraded my pulsar today to the rolling release, and cabal failed to run properly with my tidalcycles package, so I updated my cabal.
then the command "cabal v1-install tidal" mysteriously DID NOT work, but "cabal install --lib tidal" DID work!
I'm all set now and will now leave my lingering cabal questions to the haskell cabal (pun intended).
