The others are imports via the Sound.Tidal.Context module, I guess it's a limitation of hackage that the source links don't point to another file.

perhaps the top page for tidal could mention that (add a link)
Yes true! Perhaps the 'tidal' package should become a dummy package with dependencies of the others, with its current contents moved to tidal-stream.
