Hi everyone! @ritchse suggested, on the Tidal Discord channel, to start a new event around the Tidal documentation website. We would gather in a live group discussion to browse the website and see what we could improve or what should be added. We could use Jitsi or Zoom, as you like, and push the documentation to a point of greatness never seen before.
EDIT: better poll, thanks to @alex!
Does this do automatic conversion of dates/times for different timezones? I don't see an option to specify it anywhere.
Nice one @raph! I couldn't see timezone info either, maybe we could try doing the poll in the forum?
Like I think if you paste something like this in a message it will create a poll with localised times:
[poll name=poll2 type=multiple results=always min=1 max=100 public=true chartType=bar]
# Choose the times that you can make
* [date=2021-08-21 time=18:00:00 timezone="Europe/Paris"]
* [date=2021-08-21 time=19:00:00 timezone="Europe/Paris"]
* [date=2021-08-21 time=20:00:00 timezone="Europe/Paris"]
* [date=2021-08-22 time=18:00:00 timezone="Europe/Paris"]
* [date=2021-08-22 time=19:00:00 timezone="Europe/Paris"]
* [date=2021-08-22 time=20:00:00 timezone="Europe/Paris"]
Thanks! Yeah, I wasn't satisfied with the first poll. Looks like it was only from users coming from the same timezone. Anyway, it's corrected now!
I'd love to be involved with this! How do I stay up to date?
You are in the right place. We just have to wait until more people join and we are good to go.
The Tidal Doc Event is approaching! Be sure to vote if you want to join. Anyone can participate!
Is tomorrow fine for everyone? I just closed the poll.
Today (though it's past the time) is fine for me, as well as tomorrow.
Does "tomorrow" mean 2021-08-29T16:00:00Z?
I should be able to join then!
Yes, does this mean about a half-hour from now?
Yes! Will post a link to the meeting room 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
Documents: here (Framapad, FOSS Google Docs).
See you there!
