Trouble Installing SuperDirt on Windows

Hello

I am trying to set up TidalCycles on Windows but I'm running into issues when booting SuperDirt in SuperCollider. :upside_down_face: I have followed the standard installation steps, including installing SuperCollider, running Quarks.install("SuperDirt"), and setting up Tidal in VS Code. However; when I run SuperDirt.start; I either get error messages or no sound output at all.

I've tried restarting SuperCollider, re-evaluating the startup file & even reinstalling SuperDirt, but the problem persists. Sometimes, I get messages about missing UGens, and other times, SuperCollider just freezes.

I suspect the issue might be related to the SuperCollider path, JACK setup, or a missing dependency, but I'm not sure how to diagnose it properly. :slightly_smiling_face: Checked MacOS | Tidal Cycles UiPath Course guide for reference .

Has anyone encountered this before? Any troubleshooting steps I should try? Also, is there a way to check if SuperCollider is correctly recognizing SuperDirt? Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you !! :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi,
Please share any error messages you have received! Without them we can only guess (probably wrongly)...
