'Link' not working issue (OS Sonoma)

Hello,

First below is my work environment.
Apple M1 Max
OS: Sonoma 14.1.1
Tidal Cycles 1.9.4

I recently bought a new laptop, and its OS is Sonoma.
I didn't have any issues on my previous computer, but after reinstalling Tidalcycles on this one, everything seems fine except that Link doesn't seem to be working.

I'm not sure if it's because of the OS, or if there's some setting I missed during the installation.
From what I've found, version 1.9.4 of Tidalcycles should automatically enable Link without any additional activation.
Am I missing something?

Everything else, like using MIDI through SuperCollider or playing samples with SuperDirt, works fine. But when I activate the Link button in Live and change the cps in Tidalcycles, it doesn't sync.

I need some help with this.

And I'm not sure if this is related, but..

When I enter 'import Sound.Tidal.Context' in GHCi, there is no response. (There's no error, but)
So I reinstalled the Tidal Library, but still, the 'Link' is not working.

same issue, just got a new(-ish) M1 MBP for the explicit purpose of tidaling with it and link doesn't seem to work no errors, it just doesn't connect. works fine on windows though!

i'll open a github issue as this seems to affect at least 3 users
