Do atom work on raspberry pi 4 ?
I don't think so, vscode should be ok as per previous post, but I have no direct proof/experience (it would be great if someone could test/post info)

Got Vscode and Vim working on a Raspberry Pi today - Pi4 4Gb - using your installation scripts plus the extra instruction from renzo above
cabal v1-install tidal
Before that last install I was getting scope errors
Many thanks for the help all, now I can learn tidal cycles

Just in case it helps anyone, I had to manually install tidal via:
cabal install tidal --lib --ghc-options=-opta-march=armv8.4-a
(on an RP4)
I only later saw this thread and cabal v1-install tidal so maybe both of these work
